Happiness In The Classroom

There was a joke “If you don’t get sleep then imagine you’re in a classroom”. Well, this has not just existed as a joke but has happened in real for many. But what if we tell, we have come up with a prudent way, overcoming the difficulties of your kids providing a happy, entertaining, and fun packed schooling so that it doesn’t end up like a toil of life.
Children at any phase of their growth will seek enlightenment in learning while a mundane pedagogy and an inexpressive panache in teaching are capable of bringing the energy and alacrity levels down. A classroom that is student-centered would ideally look like: a teacher portraying passion in facilitating the learners through lively, empathetic, and impartial conversations; every student being engrossed in the class without having to believe in the stereotypical ideas of lack of bonded student-teacher relationships; an ambiance that showcases vibrant, optimistic, and collaborative learning environment.
With love for learning being instilled gradually and subconsciously within every child, curiousness to go to school, fearlessness to participate in in-class activities, and preparedness for their next phase in life come to light in them quite naturally. All these happen with a result of positive mental health not only in the children but in all the stakeholders of a school. Happiness is the return on investment from the constant efforts made by the teachers, principals, and management to foster positivity and flawless learning atmosphere.
To elaborate on how a student-centered class evokes joy, teachers should adapt to becoming the 21st-century experts in getting the most out of their conversation in the room. The first step would be to drop off any negative emotions teachers hold in their personal lives at home and hit the ‘school mode’ button on in their minds. The next would be to walk towards the classroom with the thought of accomplishing a greater objective in society through young minds. And then, take a look at the classroom with a fresh perspective and a goal to make the classrooms look joyous through the posters, elements on green board, furniture arrangements, well-planned activities for every subject, the decorations of bulletin boards with captions, appreciations, & birthdays.
In contrast to our traditional methods of teaching in schools, teachers in the current era and in the future should be able to develop the passion for making a positive impact with impartiality in all ranges of student averages in the class. While the educators, on one hand, witness the growth in their students’ psychological well-being, the students will begin to make sure their teachers are happy too. With this culture strongly entrenched in the school, there will be a cycle of happiness from the teacher to student and vice-versa.
We believe schooling is the phase of life to learn the best out of what we have on Earth. In that way, we consider students have to be exposed to rich study culture and to be taught moral values and all these happen within the 7 to 8 hours of class time.
There are deadly creepers that crawl on students like various sort of pressures from unknown angles. Probably the most common we know is the peer pressure and parental pressure. We may be in the thought that students are young to undergo stress but they actually do fall in that trap without our knowledge. Ever since technology saw exponential growth, the young generation has been attracted to this strong social magnet which could end up in constructive or destructive extremes too.
But what if we take the responsibility of ensuring our students use their environment as ladders for a fruitful life. We have an essence formulated for our very own students pertaining to an ebullient future and that’s our carefully designed academic style. It’s certain that we are here to mold your kids into what our nation craves for.
It’s only through happy classrooms that we provide. Send your kids to our joyful world and that’s it, we take care of the rest.
